As a concerned citizen living in the USA I have a major concern after reading about the horrible abuses Patsy Croom Hague endured in an autobiography called OMG-LYNN when she wasplaced into guardianship in NC. under Cannon 3 and 4 judicial conduct procedures that were and are left open for clerks to interpret. I am asking for your help in changing the wording in Cannon 3 and Cannon 4 that would provide clearer guidelines to clerks of court in NC that holds clerks accountable when issuing guardianship. By correcting wording in Cannon 3 and 4 it will correct moral notions such as good & bad and right to wrong that would provide clearer direction toclerks and would hold clerks accountable if violated. Guardinship ethics is at the core of issuing guardianship. Clearer and simple guidelines will correct moral notions by changing guidelines from can to mandatory and should to mandatory in Cannon 3 and 4 procedures that would prevent clerks from interoperating procedures giving a clerk clearer direction and holds the clerk accountable if violated.
