PETITION FOR U.S. LEGISLATORS AND SENATORS

 

As a concerned voting constituent, I was appalled to find out what Patricia Croom Hague endured under current Judicial conduct guidelines in Cannon 3 and 4 that are left open ended for clerk interpretation. Until the Judicial Ethic procedures are changed from can and should to MANDATORY my concern is that others falling into guardianship will face the same atrocities when left open ended for interpretation. My signature is for change in wording so that those about to face guardianship aren’t subjected to Clerk of Courts misinterpreting the law. I am asking you as a legislator/Senator to make the needed changes in wording for those soon to fall into guardianship by passing “Patsy’s Law”.
